Making:

· Mixed Angel Chiffon Cake Mix, egg and water together, slow speed for 2 mins, then change to high speed for 5 mins until the density get 0.4g/ml.

· Add salad oil with slow speed, mix for 2 mins.

· Top temperature 210°C/Botton temperature 160°C for 10 mins, then turn off top temperature, change botton temperature to 180°C, baking for 22 mins.

Attention:

Mixing time:

  • 2 minutes at slow speed
  • 5-7 minutes at high speed
  • 2 minutes at slow speed with salad oil

Baking temperature:

  • 190 - 160 °C

Baking time:

  • 32minutes
