This product is refined from yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae ) by modern biological enzymolysis technology. It contains glucan and manna. Applications in grape juice and wine making can improve the taste and quality.

Advantages:

Smoothing taste and improve framework of red wine along with plump synergy.

Enhancing stability of white wine, avoiding deposition and reduce turbidity.

Avoiding tartaric deposition process, stabilize the tartaric substance

Combine tannins and polyphenol along with elegant roundness and mellow bouquet.

Release aroma and flavor continuously.

Contain nitrogen, vitamin and mineral, good for yeast growing and metabolism. Promote Malolactic fermentation(MLF).

 

How to use:

Dosage: 100g-400g per ton of wine or juice.

Suitable for wine or grape juice making, suggested in primary fermentation.

Dilute 1kg polysaccharide into 10kgs water or juice and stir. Add to must at the beginning of fermentation.

500g/bag, 20bag/carton or 10kg/bag, 1bag/carton

Storage:

Store in dry and cool place.
