Method
- Mixing time: at low speed for 8-10minutes and at high speed for 3-5minutes
- Dough temperature: 26-28℃
- Proffing period in the middle: 60 minutes
- Weight of the divided dough: 350g/100g
- Draw twice with knife on the bread when fermentation is finished
- Baking temperature: 230℃,spray steaming air.
- Baking time: 30-35 minutes(350g dough), and 15-18minutes(100g dough)
