Enzymes for animal protein processing


Annzyme® proteases series for animal protein help to break down animal protein into polypeptide, peptides or amino acid quickly, and to decrease the bitterness. It also enhance the flavor and hold characteristic flavors of animal protein by increasing the content of amino acid.



As a complex enzyme, MF101 helps to hydrolyze animal protein rapidly are widely used in the processing of animal protein.


Designed for Collagen production, MF102 is able to hydrolyze many kinds of raw materials (such as fish, fish scales, skin of pig or Bovine…) efficiently into abundant special peptides with strong biological activity and conducive to absorption.


As a complex enzyme, MF103 can decrease the viscosity of reaction system quickly, and hold the flavor of animal protein. It is widely used in the deep processing of fish, shrimp and seafood.


Designed for the production of pet palatability, PF116 helps to break down animal protein and to increase the solubility of protein.


Complex enzyme FF104 is a kind of flavour enhancing enzyme which can reduce the bitterness and enhance the flavor during the hydrolysis of protein. It can combined use with our other complex enzyme to eliminate low hydrolysis product of bitter peptide, and to enhance the yield.

Sealed in aluminium foil bag, with a fiber outer drum, net weight 1KG ×20 / drum.


Transport and store in cool dry place and avoid direct exposure to sunlight or moisture. Stored below 25℃in original sealed package, activity of solid enzyme remains stable for a period of up to 12 months.

After using, please make sure the package is sealed if it has not been completely used.

Annzyme Shows at Feed Industry Exhibition 2019

From April 18 to 20, the China Feed Industry Exhibition 2019 successfully held in Nanning, Guangxi. As the first brand exhibition with the largest scale, the highest grade, the most popular and the strongest influence in the domestic feed industry, the feed industry exhibition 2019 attracted many well-known enterprises in the feed industry to participate the show.
