Wufeng tea has the characteristics of "three high and one low", namely "high tea polysaccharide, high tea polyphenols, high theanine and low caffeine", which makes the theaflavin content of the product 30% to 50% higher than similar products, while thearubigin is 10% to 30% higher than similar products.
