Organized by Angel Yeast and guided by the China Association for Science and Technology and the Chinese Nutrition Society, the inaugural International Symposium on Yeast Protein Science and Technology was held on December 11 in Yichang, Hubei Province. Interactive sessions, including a roundtable forum on yeast protein innovations, allowed industry representatives to exchange insights and explore future opportunities. Attendees also sampled yeast-protein-based products, which received widespread praise, and toured Angel's state-of-the-art production facilities.
