As Angel Yeast Cup Chinese fermented pastry contest is exerting more influence abroad, a lot more users and consumers become deeply interested in the Chinese fermented pastry. June 6 to 9, the International Skills Contest was held in Shanghai and Suzhou. 227 contestants from 35 countries and regions competed in the arena. The Russian Team led by Natalya, who got intensive trainings at Angel Beijing Headquarter before the contest, won the silver medal in Bakery group.
June 8 to 10, AngelYeast held the Trial Contest of Thailand area for the fifth Angel Yeast Cup for Chinese Ferment Pasta, cooperating with Angel’s distributor of Thailand in Bangkok. The team from middle Thailand has won the opportunity to participate in the final match in China.
On June 8, the second Russia International Bakery Forum was held in Moscow. Bakery associations and organizations from countries like Russia, Germany, Sweden and others participated in it. Participants warmly discussed the development of bakery industry from aspects like bakery industry status, consumption trend, food package standardization, food safety, human health and other themes. Angel participate in this forum as VIP and Industry Representative. Government authorities like Central State Government representing Federal Russia President, Consumer Protection and Social Welfare Supervision of Russia, WHO Agent in Russia, UNFAO Agent in Russia and others also presented themselves with their issues.
On May 31, Beijing Headquarter of Angel welcomed several special guests from Russia, a bake master team led by Natalya, who will participate in 2017 China International Craftsmanship Contest.
