Additionally, the average daily gain (ADG) in the 0.5% and 1% YeaFerm EX100 groups was increased by 2.1g and 0.8g, respectively.

3. Application in Layer Hens
3.1 Improving Production Performance of Laying Hens
A study conducted with 720 layer hens allocated to three dietary treatments over 42 days revealed that supplementation with 0.1% YeaFerm EX100 resulted in a 0.36% increase in average egg weight. The feed-to-egg ratio was reduced by 3.37% and 5.29% in the 0.1% and 0.2% YeaFerm EX100 groups, respectively. Additionally, the laying rate in the 0.2% YeaFerm EX100 group increased by 2.0%.
