By reviewing the history, we found that people discovered yeast from beer and wine. We had noticed that food which had been stored in damp place for few days could be turned into a tasty drink. Then, people realized that yeast had been existing for a long time, and we knew that the drink contains acholes which came from the food fermented by yeast. So we started to study and try to make the yeast work for beer efficiently in different grains, then we could produce different kinds of beer by using different kinds of yeast.

Nowadays, we make beer to be the creation and the art ,more than just the product. We can ues different yeasts to make different smells and tastes beer by different matirials, such as rose, apple, banana or even durian. Peple will love one of them. You'll be drunk by the smell and the taste, but not the alcohol.
