For the collagen production, enzymatic hydrolysis of small molecular peptides is highly active and easily absorbed, and protease AP-200A is recommended. In pet food applications, enzyme can reduce viscosity and enhance freshness and flavor, with complex protease PF116/FF104 being recommended.
