The largest and most influential food exposition in the Oceania region, known as FOODPRO, took place in Melbourne, Australia from July 23rd to 26th. The Asia-Pacific Division of Angel Yeast set up a special booth to showcase all of its products at the exhibition.

This event marked the first edition of FOODPRO after a six-year break caused by the pandemic. Throughout the event, we received customers from various countries including Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, India, and others. Capitalizing on the opportunity, the Division focused on addressing the market demand for gluten-free and animal-free products. We prominently showcased key products such as yeast protein, dough relaxant, and cheese flavor yeast extract. Key distributors and major customers were invited to the booth for discussions, which further strengthened confidence in bilateral cooperation.

The exhibition also welcomed visits from numerous professionals and students in the food industry from Australian universities. Professors from the University of Melbourne highly praised the pioneering role of yeast protein in the food sector. Many students were impressed by Angle's high-quality products and strong sense of social responsibility.

To complement the exhibition, the Asia-Pacific Division simultaneously published articles about yeast protein in two Australian food magazines, namely FOOD&BEVERAGE and FOOD AUSTRALIA. This aimed to attract more readers to visit and laid a solid foundation for the promotion of yeast protein.

Through this exhibition, Angle significantly enhanced its brand influence in the Oceania region, while also gaining valuable experience and potential opportunities for expanding new distributors, developing new customers, and promoting new products in the future.
