‘Yi Hong’ Black Tea
Yichang Black Tea, referred to as ‘Yi Hong’, also known as Yi Hong Congou black tea; Yichang Black Tea got its name due to its production and processing in Yichang. ‘Yi Hong’ is Chinese traditional export congou black tea, it was called "China's three famous congou black tea" together with "Qi Hong" and "Dian Hong". ‘Yi Hong’ has been successfully declared as "National Geographical indication and protected agricultural product" and identified as ‘City symbol of Yichang’.
