Nowadays, the deficiency of Zn is prevalent in humans. Thus the intake of Zn through dietary supplements seems to be in necessary. As one of the important sources of Zn, Angel Yeast zinc-enriched yeast is undoubtedly an excellent option.

This article fully demonstrates that zinc-enriched yeast is an excellent zinc supplement compared with zinc sulfate and zinc gluconate. Through the full and systematiccomparison of the oral absorption, distribution, excretion and bioavailability of zinc sulfate (ZnS), zinc gluconate (ZnG) and zinc-enriched yeast (ZnY) in rats, it demonstrates that ZnY was statistically more absorbed and retained than ZnS and ZnG based on the excretion amount.
