Yeast Metabolite Complexation of Trace Elements: Enabling Nutritional Efficiency in Agriculture

By taking the average fresh weight of spinach as the main factor, the results of the evaluation of spinach yield of each treatment showed that, under the same input, the yeast metabolite magnesium compared to amino acid magnesium yingmu can increase the income of 180 yuan, compared to EDTA magnesium yingmu can increase the income of 5,715 yuan, compared to the sugar alcohol magnesium yingmu can increase the income of 10,620 yuan, compared to the heptahydrate magnesium sulfate yingmu can increase the income of 12,330 yuan, compared to the anhydrous magnesium sulfate Ying mu yield can increase income 11250 yuan, and the input-output ratio are higher than other treatment groups with the same input.

Except for the magnesium sulfate heptahydrate treatment group, the effect of increasing the application of magnesium-containing raw materials compared to the single application of compound fertilizer on the quality of spinach are improved, specifically in the chlorophyll content is higher, magnesium is the central atom of chlorophyll, reflecting the absorption and utilization efficiency of the organic complex state of magnesium is much higher than that of the inorganic magnesium-containing raw materials.
