From Bakery Beginnings to Global Pioneer
Huang began his career at “Angel Bakery” in 1993, where he mastered core technologies and gained deep industry insights. In 1999, he moved to the Yeast Marketing Center, embarking on a journey of market expansion that successfully extended Angel’s influence into Southeast Asia and Indonesia. Huang recalls, “My first trip abroad to Indonesia for a demonstration attracted over 200 attendees, leading to orders for more than 200 yeast products and high customer recognition.”
He later ventured to Algeria, servicing hundreds of clients in over ten cities around the Sahara Desert. He firmly believes, “The key to sales growth is a deep understanding of customer needs, attracting them through professional explanations and experience sharing.” This customer-centric approach has helped Angel stand out in a competitive market.
Innovator in Technical Research and Development
In 2012, Huang shifted his focus to technical R&D, driving innovation in baking and food technology. Thanks to his efforts, a bakery in Zhongshan City (Guangdong Province) successfully resolved challenges in hamburger production, and a client in Dongguan City (Guangdong Province) doubled their output due to improved product flavors. Huang demonstrates that technological innovation is the core driver of industry progress.
Strategist for Major Client Services
Since 2022, Huang has led a dynamic team in bakery products, concentrating on major client management. Under his leadership, the team features flat management and intensive services, flexibly meeting client needs. He emphasizes, “Good customer relationships are built on trust and real problem-solving.” Huang showcases Angel’s robust platform advantages and service capabilities by closely collaborating with clients, ensuring clients feel the company’s commitment and professionalism with every collaboration.

Huang is optimistic about the future of the baking industry. He believes, “As national food safety policies evolve, the industry will increasingly focus on nutrition and health. To sustain development and innovation, we must continually break through in product R&D.” He encourages the younger generation, “By honing our skills through practice and seeking guidance from experts, we can steadily enhance our abilities. Through our efforts to improve, I believe Angel will recognize and value each contribution.”

Looking ahead, Huang hopes for leapfrog development in multiple fields.
