After a four-day supervision and audit, Angel Yeast (Yichang) Co., Ltd. has passed the annual certification audit of BRCGS and maintained its A grade recently.

This audit is according to the ninth edition of BRCGS, and β -yeast glucan, inactive yeast and selenium-enriched yeast are included in the scope.

Auditors carefully checked the operation site, reviewed relevant documents, inspected raw materials entering the factory and storage, product production and packaging, finished product delivery, supplier management and other aspects with high standards and strict requirements, and emphatically reviewed the feasibility of traceability system and daily monitoring and verification of key control points. Auditors evaluated that the company has effective process control and system establishment and implementation, and hygienic operation standard.

BRCGS standard has always been regarded as the food quality and safety management requirement of Angel Yeast.
