On February 15, the smart factory project of Angel healthy food raw materials was officially put into operation, and the first batch of products of the smart mixed production line were successfully produced.

Smart and automated

·The packaging workshop has introduced a new type of automatic high-speed packaging machine for the first time, which has greatly increased the single-machine production capacity of 500g products, and the output can reach up to 65 packs/min.

·The destacking robot runs unmanned throughout the whole process, the RGV trolley transports raw materials for tons of bags unmanned, and the small materials are automatically weighed and mixed in advance through the new pre-mixing system, which reduces manual handling links, effectively reduces labor intensity, and greatly improves production efficiency.

·Through technologies such as smart manufacturing system (MES), production line distributed control system (DCS), and 40,000-level smart automated warehousing facilities, the whole process of automatic, intelligent and intensive management from raw material warehousing and processing to finished product packing, sealing, stacking, transportation and ex warehouse is realized.

The food raw material business is an extension of Angel Group's main yeast business. The smart factory project of Angel healthy food raw materials is the first implementation project of the Angel Healthy Food Industrial Park. After the project is fully completed, it will produce 120,000 tons of healthy food raw materials annually, with an annual output value of 1.2 billion yuan and an annual tax payment of 84 million yuan. The products are oriented to the global market and meet the needs of baking, fermented pasta, Chinese and Western pastries, and industrialization of Chinese traditional food (flour products, rice products, soy products) and other fields.
