The 17th Annual Meeting of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology(CIFST) was held in Xi'an from October 27 to 29. Angel Yeast attended the meeting as a member of the council and the prize winner, and delivered a technical report.
The meeting was held against the background of the normalization of the epidemic, as well as the transformative innovation and "Healthy China 2030" wave. Participants discussed the future of food science and technology innovation and industrial development in the post-epidemic era.
