TOKYO, May 29, 2026 – Angel Yeast Co., Ltd., a global leader in biotechnology and fermentation solutions, successfully concluded its participation in the 31st International Food Ingredients & Additives Exhibition (IFIA JAPAN), held from May 27 to 29 at Tokyo Big Sight.

The company presented AngeoPro™ Yeast Protein, featuring up to 90% protein content, PDCAAS 1.0, and over 21% branched-chain amino acids (BCAA). With a neutral flavor profile, 100% vegan formulation, and being free from lactose, major allergens, gluten and GMOs, the product is positioned as an ideal nutritional solution for sports nutrition, fortified foods and beverages, and elderly nutrition.
