Yeast culture rich in nutritional active substances
Description
A yeast culture rich in nutritional active substances, such as functional small peptides, organic acids, B vitamins, yeast metabolic factors and so on.
Functions
◉ Increase feed intake
◉ Improve digestibility
◉ Improve production performance
Metabolome analysis of Yeast Culture
Nutrition contains 2423 metabolites, including 30.42% amino acids and peptides, 28.14% lipids, 17.87% carbohydrates, 9.89% nucleic acids, 8.37% coenzymes and vitamins, and 4.18% xenobiotics.
Application of different yeast culture products on dairy cows
The results showed that compared with the control group, the Yeast Culture group had a significant increase in DMI by 0.52 kg, a significant increase in milk yield by 1.15 kg (P<0.05), and the milk fat rate and milk protein rate increased but not significantly; Compared with Yeast culture A group, the indicators have increased, but the difference was not significant.
