Angel Bread Improver Super Soft (Vacuum Package)
Increase bread softness, excellent eﬀect against bread staling.
Corn starch, soya ﬂour, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids, calcium sulphate, ascorbic acid, enzymes.
Usage: First blend improver with ﬂour well and then add water to mix all.
Dosage: 0.3-0.5% on weight of flour
Shelf life: 18 months
