Amino acids composition in nutritional yeast powder was analyzed using amino acids analyzer, the results were compared with World Health Organization recommended amino acids composition to calculate the amino acids score. Different contents of nutritionalyeast(1.7-5.0g/kg·bw)were fed to mouse. The effect of immunity was tested after 30 days. The results showed that, compared with control group, high content of nutritional yeast can significantly enhance the activity of NK cells and macrophages.
