What to pay attention to during application?
As we all know that the yeast is the only worker in fermentation system, so we should give it a comfortable environment to work. Temperature and pH are very important for yeast fermentation, too high or too low will inhibit yeast activity and cause problems such as low alcohol yield and high residual sugar. on the other side , too high temperature will be suitable for some bacteria, it will be a big potential danger for all the system.Therefore, I recommend controlling the temperature of the fermentation system 28-33 ℃, ph4-6. The sugar content of the raw material should not exceed 270g/L, because excessive sugar concentration will also inhibit yeast activity.
