Step-by-Step Brewing Guide
Step one: Mix Ingredients
Dissolve sugar in hot water within the fermenter (see the table above for ratios).
Step two: Activate Yeast
Add Turbo Yeast when syrup reaches 30–35°C. Stir thoroughly after 5 minutes.
Step three: Ferment & Monitor
Maintain recommended temperatures and monitor until specific gravity drops below 0.995.
Pro Tip: Achieve the maximum alcohol content of 21%vol by maintaining a steady temperature of 18–24°C (Application 5).
