With the rise and downfall of the Greek and Roman Empire, the knowledge of distillation was lost. The dominating alcoholic beverage of that time was Wine, which almost produced itself. It matured well under the Mediterranean sun, and the fermentation also needed little attention.
But with the change of history and the iteration of the country. People had to be content with whisky made from fermented barly. Barley is the only grain that contains sufficing amounts of the enzyme that splits starch into sugar, which is then fermented by yeast.
But after a few hundred years of cultivation, the barley yielded well, and in 1494, whisky was first mentioned in a document in Scotland. Angel Super Turbo Yeast: is made of specifically selected high-quality alcohol yeast strains and a special blend of minerals, vitamins, and nutrients, applicable for sugar fermentation and performing excellently under most conditions. It is a yeast and nutrient pack especially designed to produce alcohol with high fermentation speed and ferments to high alcohol levels. It is suitable for the fermentation with alcohol concentration of 13~18%.
