The target of our current research is help the ethanol fermentation process to reach the highest level, and to maximize the benefits under the existing factory conditions by our products, yeast, nutrition, bacteriostatic agents and application programs.
On September 13th, 2017, 15 government ministries and commissions including NDRC，NEC and Ministry of Finance jointly issued document titled “Implementation plan regarding expanding biofuel ethanol production and promoting utilization of ethanol gasoline ”, which proposes ethanol gasoline reaches basic national full-coverage by the year of 2020, and strive to achieve mass production of cellulosic ethanol by 2025.
This means, in just three years, the annual production volume of fuel ethanol need to increase from the current 2. 58 to 10 million ton. Currently, china's fuel ethanol industry is facing great opportunity: firstly, we have enormous stale grain; second, rising global oil prices will increase, that’s will increased profit margin of fuel ethanol company. Third the import tax rate of ethanol has already increased from 5% to 30%, making domestic ethanol price more competitive. The forth is government has clearly defined the timeline of overall use the E10 and given the necessary policy support.
Of course, in front of this opportunity, we also need to face and solve some practical difficulties. The first is to improve the quality assurance system, which requires high standards including production, storage, transportation, and so on. Next is to solve technical problems, including raw material acquisition and storage, reducing enzyme cost, yeast strain transformation, process optimization and enzymolysis equipment. These all problem need us to strengthen technical research. Finally, in the field of consumption, it also needs government policy support, such as price, tax and so on.
Angel Yeast Company began to serve the ethanol industry from2001, in recent years we did some research for products include yeast, nutrition and bacteriostatic agents, and also focus on the research of these production application programs. In China, our experts bring a reform on application of the High-concentration Mash Fermentation Techniques through the development of new products. our company's yeast technology won the national technology awards in 2016.

The first is the research of high performance yeast, including strain selection, tolerance, fermentation efficiency in different sugar concentration, production technology of dry yeast, Yeast application and so on.
Currently we use different methods such as mutagenesis, molecular biology-gene transformation method to get some yeast that have other functions, such as (GA yeast)Saccharifying Saccharomyces cerevisiae, cellulosic yeast, Detox yeast and so on, and to carry out a series of technical research.
Besides of the yeast, we also mainly studied the nutrition of yeast. According to the nutritional requirements of yeast in fermentation with different raw materials, when nutrition is not enough in fermentation, our nutrition products can ensure fermentation efficiency.
In order to resolve the problem of bacteria contamination during the fermentation process, we did the research for bacteriostatic agents, we are selected more natural and safe bacteriostatic agents, when it used in a factory, it can inhibit bacteria and reduce the amount of sulphuric acid to cut down the environmental pressure.
