Baking Temperature: 180 low, 230℃ high

Shaping: Lay two ropes across to each other in the fermenting basket, after shape the dough into round, put them into the fermenting basket, then tie the rope in knot

Fermentation: under 36℃， with 85% humidity，fermente for 70 minutes

Baking: invert the dough in the oven, parch for 35minutes, with the tempture 180℃ low, 230℃ high, then remove from oven, Let cool and garnish as desired.
