[Recipe] Halloween Pumkin Bread

This classic recipe for pumkin bread is perfect baking product for celebrating Halloween. you can also garnish with fresh fruit, chocolate or your favorite icing to create a variety of sweet treats.
Baking Temperature: 180 low, 230℃ high

Combine ingredients in a spiral mixer and blend for 5 minutes on your mixer’s first speed and then for 3 minutes on your mixer’s second speed until gluten was fully extended, then put pump seeds in.

Loosen the dough for 30 minutes, then divide it into 560g/per

Shaping: Lay two ropes across to each other in the fermenting basket, after shape the dough into round, put them into the fermenting basket, then tie the rope in knot

Fermentation: under 36℃， with 85% humidity，fermente for 70 minutes
▼ STEP 5
Baking: invert the dough in the oven, parch for 35minutes, with the tempture 180℃ low, 230℃ high, then remove from oven, Let cool and garnish as desired.
