High Gluten Flour
Mix 500g flour with 6g Angel yeast, 2g Angel bread improver and 15g milk powder.
100g sugar. Add one egg and 275g water, mix well
Add 50g butter and 6g salt
knead until the gluten is fully developed. (If knead with a mixer, low speed for 2 minutes， high speed for 2 minutes)
Stretch a small piece of dough to check if film forms
Let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes until doubled
Divide into 50g each, mould into round shape.

Brush with egg, sprinkle with sesame.
Bake at 180℃ for 12-13 minutes.
