From November 13th to 16th, China Brew China Beverage 2020 (CBB·2020) was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center.
With the theme of "The aroma of the cup of beer comes from yeast", Angel Brewing & Distilling Spirit BU brought craft beer, wine products and solutions, as well as five craft beer brewed by Angel Brewer's yeast, including honey beer and wheat beer.
During the forum, Angel shared a technical report on "Solutions of Wheat Ale Yeast in Beer Brewing from Angel and Bright Yeast", focusing on how to select yeast during the brewing of wheat beer, and provide the best yeast products for the brewing of craft beer.
