On June 14, the 27th Modern Bakery Moscow was held in Moscow Expocentre Fairgrounds. Angel presented at the exhibition with a 72 square meters special booth, and promoted the whole line of Angel, Bakerdream, GLORIPAN, Magest, лебопечкин н products in small packages of high and low sugar dry yeast, fresh yeast, and other new products, such as citric acid.

From the 14th to 18th, the Angel booth attracted nearly 1,000 visitors, and 90 customers reached the intention of cooperation. 30 customers from Russia and Central Asia expressed their affirmation of cooperation with Angel and expressed strong interest in the new products on display as well as the trade business.

The 27th Modern Bakery Moscow attracted 215 companies and 280 brands, of which 80% were local Russian companies and 20% came from countries such as Germany, the Czech Republic, Belgium and other countries. The exhibitors covered baking ingredients, baking equipment, confectionery and chocolate crafts, baking training, and baking peripherals.

In addition, the exhibition was conducted in the form of a combination of exhibitor booth displays, online live streaming, live baking demonstrations, and forums. According to incomplete statistics, there were about 15,000 visitors to the exhibition and 2,500 business cooperation intentions were reached.
