Production Process

1. Make dough

Mix all the liquid materials, then add the mochi mix at low speed for 1min, then stir on low speed for 1min to make the batter even, and then stir on medium speed for 1-2min until the batter is smooth.

2. Loosen dough

Cover the stirred dough and loosen for 10min.

3. Segmentate dough

Divide the dough into 30g/piece and round shape.

4. Bake dough

Fire 190 ° C/170 ° C , bake about 30min.
