Milk Powder | 15g |
Sugar | 60g |
Egg | 150g |
Butter | 40g |
Salt | 6g |
Water | 150g |
Angel Baking Powder | 5g |
Operating Process:

Mix 500g flour with 5g Angel yeast,and 15g milk powder. 60g sugar.

Add 3 eggs and 150g water

knead at low speed for 3 minutes,high speed for 3 minutes
Add 50g butter and 6g salt

knead at low speed for 2 minutes,high speed for 2 minutes

Stretch a small piece of dough to check if film forms
Let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes until doubled

Roll the dough into 1.5cm thick

Shape with doughnut mold

Let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes until doubled

Fry at 165℃ for 3 minutes for top side
And 2 minutes for bottom side
