Home made Donuts, so tasty and easy!
Angel Baking Powder
Mix 500g flour with 5g Angel yeast，and 15g milk powder. 60g sugar.
Add 3 eggs and 150g water
knead at low speed for 3 minutes，high speed for 3 minutes
Add 50g butter and 6g salt
knead at low speed for 2 minutes，high speed for 2 minutes
Stretch a small piece of dough to check if film forms
Let rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes until doubled
Roll the dough into 1.5cm thick
Shape with doughnut mold
Let rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes until doubled
Fry at 165℃ for 3 minutes for top side
And 2 minutes for bottom side
