1. Introduction of refined tea


Refined tea is a tea product that is refined and processed based on the primary crudely tea, Chinese tea garden area, tea production and tea consumption in the world's first, and green tea is China's largest tea, mee tea and gunpowder tea is China's largest production of green tea, is also China's main export refined tea.


2. Refined tea processing technology


Refining processing has five processing principles:

① Finishing shape, separate tea design and colour;

② Separate old and tender, division level;

③ Remove impurities, pure quality;

④ Moderate dry, develop color and fragrance;

⑤ Adjust quality, stable quality. According to these five principles, the refining processing process has sieving, slitting rolling, winnowing, picking, drying, blending.


Sieving and slitting rolling are the main processes of finishing shape and separate design and colour. The sieve has the round sieve and shake screen, round sieve is the tea in the sieve, so that the short or small across the screen, separating the length of the tea size; shake sieve is the tea in the screen for the reciprocating shaking, make the long or thin tea oblique through the screen, round or thick tea head in the sifter, in order to separate the straight bars&circles and thickness of the tea.

Wind selection is the main process of separating tea design and colour after the tea is sieved&cuted and plastic. Under normal circumstances, the quality of the tea leaves is always consistent with its tenderness. The tender fresh leaves, rich in effective chemical components, soft leaves, good plasticity, can be made into thin strips in the tea primary processing, the body of the crudely tea is heavy and solid. On the contrary, coarse old fresh leaves, the body of the crudely tea is light. Therefore, the appearance of the same tea (the same length, thickness), always the heavier the body, the better the quality, which can use the wind of the fan to separate the weight of the tea, and according to the weight of different queuing, to determine the level of tea.

Blending is the main technical measure to adjust the quality of tea and stabilize the product quality, which is divided into two aspects: raw material blending and finished product blending. Raw material blending is the blending and allocation of different varieties, different origins, different seasons, and different grades of crudely tea before crudely tea processing. After the crudely tea is processed into various semi-finished products, the semi-finished products of different levels of raw materials, different processing routes and different screening holes are reasonably put together to form a tea tasting. The beginning and end of processing are matched to make all kinds of tea with different quality learn from each other, balance the quality, make the shape and quality meet the standard, and achieve the goal of consistent product specifications and stable.
