In September 2024, a delegation from the China National Research of Food & Fermentation Industries, led by Deputy Dean Yao Su and technical expert Cheng Chi, visited Angel Yeast Group alongside Barbara Gerten, Chair of the Food Microbiology Committee of the German Institute for Standardization (DIN). The visit aimed to strengthen international cooperation and exchanges in microbial quality technology. It also sought to further deepen the strategic partnership between the Research Institute and Angel Yeast.

During the meeting, Barbara Gerten presented a report titled “Culture Media Quality Requirements and Technology Development Trends,” discussing key parameters of microbial culture materials and their future development trends. The participants conducted thorough discussions on aspects such as technical exchanges and academic influence, resulting in several cooperative consensus agreements.

Following the meeting, the delegation toured the Xiaoting Synthetic Biology Industrial Park and Angel Yeast Science and Technology Museum, gaining insights into the company’s R&D and production capabilities. This series of exchanges not only fostered mutual understanding but also strengthened confidence in future collaboration.
