How Premium Turbo Yeast improves low temperature fermentation?

When the weather gets cold, there will be many difficulties in the process of wine production by fermentation, such as the insufficient ability of the equipment to control the temperature, which will lead to the extension of the fermentation cycle, and in serious cases, the production will be stopped. The reason is that at low temperature, yeast fermentation is slow, leading to the reduction of sugar metabolism or fermentation stagnation. Therefore, we can improve the tolerance and fermentation ability of yeast at low temperature through continuous research and screening, and improve the resistance of yeast by supplement of micro nutrition, so as to develop a new product Premium Turbo Yeast.

Experimental studies have proved that Premium Turbo Yeast can ensure stable fermentation at low temperature of 15~22°C. compared with the current control, low temperature fermentation has been greatly improved. The specific data are shown in the following table:

Through the comparison of the above data, we can see that Premium Turbo Yeast performs better at low temperature. If the addition amount is increased from 0.2% to 0.4%, the fermentation will be faster and more thorough. Therefore, if the fermentation temperature can only be controlled at 15 ~ 22°C in winter, we can choose Premium Turbo Yeast for fermentation, and properly increase the fermentation quantity to ensure normal production.
