Recently, the closure of the old SRM procurement system and the comprehensive switching of the new one marked the successful operation of the nearly 9-month upgrade project of Angel's SRM system.

To realize the openness and transparency, fairness, high-efficiency and compliance of procurement business, Angel Group started the upgrade project of SRM system. During the process, project department and implementation consultant conducted in-depth frontline research, worked for the construction blueprints, configured modules, and tested functions. And since the trial operation, the new system has completed 723 bidding and procurement projects with a procurement amount of 293 million yuan by August 28th.

The new SRM system further strengthens the regulatory capacity of the company's procurement platform, improves the informatization level of procurement activities, and achieves digital and transparent management of all categories, scenarios, and processes. By digitizing the traditional offline manual operation mode, we aim to achieve full cycle "tracking" management of procurement activities such as supplier lifecycle, demand planning, sourcing pricing, and order collaboration.

By standardizing the process, solidifying the process, and closed-loop management of electronic procurement pricing methods such as independent bidding and competitive negotiation, data sharing within internal information systems such as OA, SAP, and CLM is completed, simplifying repetitive work, and achieving information disclosure, process compliance, efficient transaction, and traceable procurement activities.

The group supply chain management function of the SRM system will be further optimized based on actual operation, serving different businesses of the company, and achieving differentiated management both domestically and internationally, to assist in the construction of a clean Angel.
