From August 6 to 8, Fi South America, a major regional food ingredients exhibition, took place in São Paulo, Brazil.

At the event, Angel focused on addressing key pain points in the Brazilian market, prominently showcasing yeast protein, salt reduction and flavor enhancement, and clean label solutions. Visitors had the opportunity to experience a range of products including soup bases, sauces, yeast protein beverages, protein bars, and high-protein chips, which garnered widespread attention.
