This 3-Minute video teaches you how to bake French Rolls at home. So easy!
Formule: French Rolls
Mix 1000g flour with 10g Angel yeast and 3g Angel bread improver
Add 650g water, mix well.
Knead until the dough is springy and smooth.(If knead with a mixer, low speed for 3 minutes，high speed for 3 minutes)
Add salt, knead until the gluten is fully developed.(If knead with a mixer, high speed for 2 minutes)
Stretch a small piece of dough to check if film forms
Divide into 100g or 200g
Rest for 30 minutes
Mould into round shape or olive shape
Sprinkle with flour, cut on top, bake with steam
Bake at 200℃for 20 minutes.
