Angel Yeast Shines at Bakery China 2024

Bakery China 2024 was held at National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai from May 21 to 23. This year’s exhibition covered a show space of 320,000 square meters, with 2,200 exhibitors attending and 400,000 visits expected, reaching a new historical high in scale.

With the theme of “Angel Baking, Quality Taste”, Angel Yeast demonstrated its innovative strength and excellent quality in the baking sector by showcasing a number of star products and innovative technologies at the exhibition.

At the exhibition, the company’s star products, including semi-dry yeast, A-PLUS bread improver, Good Partner Fresh, dairy products, BakeMark series, baking equipment and whey fermented products, attracted the attention of many customers.

Master chefs from U.S.-based BakeMark and Angel Yeast made a number of products onsite, including high protein bread, Ciabatta series, American desserts and fancy sweet potatoes, showcasing the excellent quality of Angel Yeast’s food ingredients in terms of appearance, flavor and taste. Many visitors gathered at Angel Yeast’s exhibition booth, speaking highly of Angel Yeast’s products.

For bakeries and industrial users, Angel Yeast has customized six major solutions, including baking yeast upgrade, Chinese and Western pastry product flavor comprehensive enhancement, “post dehydrogenation era” anti-corrosion and fresh-keeping technology, high protein bread production technology, American dessert production technology, and dough preparation. The aim is to help customers solve various problems in the baking process and provide customers with more diversified and personalized choices. At this year’s exhibition, the company has also recommended products from other business segments, such as tea products, walnut products, cranberry products, baking equipment and food packaging materials.

Against the backdrop of growing global demand for sustainable, high-content, non-animal source protein, Angel Yeast has successfully developed AngeoPro yeast protein by leveraging its rich experience in yeast technology, winning Bakery China Innovation Award 2024. With the slogan of “Leveraging Global Intelligence to Serve Baking Needs”, the RW650HK-FU pre-dough mixer from Germany-based DIOSNA represented by Angel Yeast also won Bakery China Innovation Award 2024 with its unique innovative technology and outstanding performance in the baking sector.
