Angel Yeast Protein Shines at China Leisure Food Science and Technology Innovation and Industry Development Conference

From July 3rd to 5th, Angel Yeast participated in the 11th China Leisure Food Science and Technology Innovation and Industry Development Conference in Shanghai. The conference, themed "Scientific and Technological Innovation Leading Industry Development," brought together over 230 attendees, including academicians and experts from research institutes and universities, as well as representatives from snack food companies. Angel Yeast's YE Food Flavoring Division and Protein Nutrition and Flavoring Technology Center jointly attended and exhibited at the event.

During the summit dialogue session, Angel Yeast's Chief Engineer, Qin Xianwu, detailed the advantages and characteristics of yeast protein to the attendees, as well as its broad future applications in the food industry. He emphasized that Angel Yeast has made ample preparations in production application technology and regulatory standards, providing strong support for food industry innovation and the transformation of human healthy diets.


Li Ku, Deputy General Manager of the Protein Nutrition and Flavoring Technology Center, gave a presentation titled "Yeast Protein Empowering Snack Foods," showcasing Angel Yeast's active role in promoting industry innovation and upgrading.


Outside the conference hall, Angel Yeast set up a special booth to demonstrate innovative solutions, including the application of yeast extract in reducing salt and enhancing umami in snack chips, as well as yeast protein bars. The yeast protein bars, launched in collaboration with FFIT8, garnered significant attention and were highly favored by conference attendees.
